A full-time on-site position is available for the post of Housekeeping Attendant at Rixos Hotels in the Doha Metropolitan Area, Qatar. This task is forcing us to maintain the hygiene and presentation of guest rooms instead of delivering and managing guest requests properly and ensuring daily operating requirements. A service-oriented mindset, attention to expansion, and effective communication are required. The previous cleaning experience of the 5-star hotel is a surplus. Candidates should be physically healthy, effective in English, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Collect the daily assignment sheet from the housekeeping office.
- Take note of guest instructions and requests supplied by the supervisor.
- Ensure guest amenities, cleaning materials, and linens are well supplied on the trolley.
- Check and record room statuses, including “Make Up” and “Do Not Disturb.”
- Maintain safety by removing equipment and hazards before concluding the shift.
- Greet and help guests with a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Report exposed guest valuables immediately to the supervisor.

- Clean bathrooms, freshen linens, and replenish amenities.
- Replace flowers and verify all locations satisfy the hotel’s cleaning requirements.
- Communicate crucial end-of-shift

Requirements and Qualifications
Education
No formal diploma required. Training or certification in housekeeping is a plus.
Experience
- Experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior work in a 5-star hotel environment is an asset.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience is ideal.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal talents.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Physical stamina and vigor to tackle tough duties.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to address visitor demands with professionalism.
- Understanding of hotel housekeeping operations.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with safety and security protocols.
- Awareness of visitor privacy and confidentiality.
- Operational understanding of hotel supply and equipment.
- Ability to identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
