Responsibilities

• Document patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare supervisors and families.
• Assist with mobility and rehabilitation support based on each patient’s needs.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare safety protocols and procedures.
• Provide nursing to patients in your homes according to personal care plans.
• Manage medicines and treatments prescribed by doctors.
• Take care of the wound, monitor important. characters and consider patient’s conditions regularly.
• Collaborate with medical teams, family members and care coordinators.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self -care and drug handling after treatment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field

Experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in home care or patient care services
