High School EJU Teacher C2C Global Education Japan

C2C Global Education

A high school in Yamanashi is hiring someone who can teach and guide Chinese international students through the EJU process. The school is looking for someone who’s already worked with EJU topics before and is comfortable speaking both Japanese and Mandarin. Most of the classes are taught in Japanese, but a lot of one-on-one support happens in Chinese. This role is full-time and mainly focuses on EJU-related subjects like Japanese language or science (physics, chemistry, biology). Teachers will also be expected to help with academic support and give students advice about their career paths after high school. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, and the workday starts around 8:15 a.m. There are holidays in summer and winter, and the school follows a standard two-day weekend system. The yearly pay is somewhere between ¥3.5M and ¥6M, depending on your background. No need for perfect resumes here — if you’ve taught before and care about helping students from different cultures, that’s what they’re looking for.

About C2C Global Education

The organization behind this role has been around since the 1940s. It started as Yamanashi Gakuin School Corporation but is now known as C2C Global Education Japan. It runs everything from kindergarten to university in the same region and has been adding more international programs over the past few years. This school in particular has welcomed international students for a while now, especially from China. There’s a strong push to expand and eventually have around 360 overseas students enrolled. It’s not just about numbers — they want these students to succeed and feel at home. That’s why they’re hiring people who understand the challenges of living in Japan as a student and can help them navigate the system.
