Harvesting Labourer

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers to crops as indicated.
• Clear fields and gather rubbish, brush, and waste.
• Pick, sort, and pack row and orchard crops.
• Plant, irrigate, and produce vegetables and fruits.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools.
• Load and unload containers, agricultural goods, and supplies.
• Monitor product quality and readiness for market.
• Clean and maintain work spaces.
  Follow all safety and hygiene measures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of general farm labor or agricultural work experience.

Skills

• Physically fit for manual outdoor labor.
• Able to lift and carry farm produce and supplies.
• Basic knowledge of using farm tools and machines.
