From November 2025 to March 2026, join Rhythm as a guest service driver for a seasonal full -time role in Furano, Hokkaido. You will offer safe, friendly transport for guests between homes and rented shops, help transfer storage and maintain vehicles. The role requires a legitimate driver’s license, self -esteem during winter conditions, strong customer service skills and an active attitude. Work about 35-40 hours per week during the high season in a dynamic, external environment.

Guest Services Driver
Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers and staff between their accommodation and Rhythm stores.
- Deliver friendly, professional service, enhancing guests’ experiences.
- Drive efficiently while following all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate gear pick-ups and manage logistics for rental equipment collection and return.
- Assist with driver dispatch, including answering calls and responding to customer pick-up requests.
- Maintain clean, de-iced, and fueled vehicles; report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
- Support stock transfers between Rhythm storage facilities and stores.
- Clear snow and ice from store entrances and pathways daily.
- Collaborate with other departments and assist wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to confidently drive in winter conditions.
Experience:
No specific experience are required; However, the experience of driving under equal conditions is an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Basic tech talent (using apps, pills, or scanners).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Teamwork and willingness to help in diverse tasks.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of safe driving practices, especially in winter conditions.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and reporting procedures.
- Awareness of company safety protocols and customer service standards.
Applicant Location
Candidates must be able to work on-site in Furano, Hokkaido, Japan, with willingness to live and work in the local area during the contract period (November 2025 – March 2026).
