Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport items, materials, and supplies manually or utilizing power equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that satisfies safety and sanitation requirements.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other industrial equipment when certified.
- Restock inventories and restock supplies as necessary.
- Provide hands-on help to warehousing and production areas.
- Assist in cooler service and equipment maintenance activities.
- Perform regular and unscheduled maintenance as needed.
- Ensure continual compliance with safety rules and internal processes.
- Fill in for missing team members or unfilled jobs within the facility.
- Track inventory movement correctly and follow prescribed protocols.
- Complete physical exercises such as bending, lifting, climbing, and kneeling.
- Handle materials weighing 50 pounds or more during specific jobs.
- Adhere to daily checklists and shift requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- Some general labor or warehouse experience desirable
- Entry-level applicants may be considered based on aptitude
Skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced physical environment
- Basic problem-solving and adaptability
- Team collaboration and communication

Knowledge
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols
