- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests from arrival to departure.
- Personally greet guests and assist with check-in and room orientation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, hours, and local information.
- Assist with guest requests and promote hotel activities and amenities.
- Ensure accurate billing and cashiering processes using hotel systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect guest privacy at all times.
- Process guest accounts and check-outs efficiently.
- Follow hotel policies and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Requirements
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in hospitality or hotel management.
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in a front office role within a hotel setting
