A Forklift Operator position is presently available at 3M’s factory in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. This is a full-time, onsite position within a busy warehousing and manufacturing environment. The individual in this capacity will assist manage the day-to-day movement of commodities and resources utilizing motorized industrial vehicles. Comfort with physical labor, a thorough knowledge of safety measures, and basic cooperation with warehouse teams are necessary. Prior experience in warehouse operations or forklift handling is desired, although strong on-the-job learners may also be considered. Knowledge of inventory systems and an eye for organization will help well in this capacity.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and similar equipment to move goods within the facility.
- Load and unload shipments with care and attention to safety.
- Track material movement using warehouse systems.
- Work with warehouse staff to fulfill daily tasks and schedules.
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards.
- Organize products for space-efficient storage.
- Assist in picking and packing when needed.
- Check forklifts regularly to ensure they are safe to use.
- Keep storage and loading areas clean and hazard-free.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and coordinate with logistics staff.
- Take part in inventory checks as scheduled.
- Handle fragile or sensitive items with care.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Completion of high school preferred
- Forklift license or certification is an advantage
Experience
- At least 1 year in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
- Prior experience operating forklifts is useful but not mandatory

- Confidence operating forklifts and related equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination
