Responsibilities
- Milk 1,699 cows each day in a clean dairy shed.
- Fix fences and set up break fencing for grazing.
- Drive tractors to feed stock or move materials.
- Run and check hard hose and center pivot irrigation.
- Mend stock water systems to keep them flowing.
- Do routine farm upkeep, like cleaning sheds.
- Follow safety rules to keep the farm compliant.
- Move stock and watch for health issues.
- Build temporary fences for pasture control.
- Report broken equipment or problems fast.
- Help manage weeds and keep pastures healthy.
- Track daily tasks with simple records.

Requirements
Education
A high school diploma is needed. A short course in dairy farming or agriculture is helpful but not required.
Experience
2-4 years working on a dairy farm, doing milking, fencing, or tractor tasks, is a must. Irrigation experience is a bonus.
