Responsibilities

  • Help senior executives remain organized by managing schedules and appointments.
  • Arrange flights, hotel arrangements, and daily travel plans.
  • Prepare the report, complete the notes and other basic papers.
  • Follow two-do lists and make sure the work is done on time.
  • Act as once for departments and external partners.
  • Keep the information secret and handle sensitive objects with care.
  • Help with events, meetings and project organization as needed.
  • Support various tasks that continue to work properly for daily operations

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.

Experience

Around 2 to 3 years in administrative support or similar roles.

Skills

  • Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to manage time and stay focused under pressure.
  • Comfortable using basic office tools like spreadsheets and calendars.
  • Quick to solve problems and respond to changes.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Knowledge
