Excavator Operator Mineral Resources Limited Australia

Mineral Resources Limited

If you’re someone with solid experience behind the controls of a big machine and you’re looking for a steady, long-term mining role in Western Australia, this one’s worth a look. Mineral Resources Limited is hiring full-time Excavator Operators across several active mine sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara regions. These roles follow a 2 and 1 FIFO roster, which means two weeks on site, one week off. You’ll be working on production jobs, operating heavy excavators, including models from Hitachi, CAT, Komatsu, and Liebherr — all 1900 or larger. These positions suit operators who are comfortable with big gear, tight schedules, and tough environments. It’s not just a job behind the joystick — you’ll also be responsible for pre-start checks and making sure the equipment is running safely. Applicants must have full working rights in Australia, along with a valid C Class Driver’s Licence. If you’ve worked in mining before and know how to keep things moving while staying safe, this could be a solid next move.
