Event Staff Balloon Museum World Singapore

Balloon Museum World

There’s a temporary gig open at Balloon Museum World in Singapore for anyone who’s good with their hands and enjoys chatting with people. The job’s simple on paper but takes a bit of personality you’ll be working live events where you make balloon shapes (dogs, flowers, fun stuff like that), talk to visitors, and help with the setup and flow of things. It’s a good match if you’re comfortable being around crowds, keeping energy up, and staying on your feet for a few hours.

It is a contract role, not full -time, so shift events depend on the schedule. Some days may be busy with compared to others, and you have to step and help you where needed. If you’ve done balloon art before, great that’s a must. If you’ve worked events or done anything where you speak with customers, that’s a plus too. The rest is about showing up on time and being able to handle a bit of pressure when things get busy.

The setup usually happens before the public walks in, so there might be lifting or moving involved, and once the event is over, it’s time to pack up fast. You won’t be on your own there’s always a team on-site but being able to think on your feet is a big help. If someone pops a balloon or asks for something weird, just roll with it.

About Balloon Museum World

Balloon Museum World is not your average museum. It’s a traveling exhibit that sets up massive balloon-based art spaces in cities all over. They’ve done shows in Italy, London, and now Singapore. It’s part installation, part interactive, and always changing. These events bring in big crowds families, influencers, and everyone in between. The team behind it runs a tight ship but also makes room for people to enjoy the work. Things move fast, and you’re expected to adapt quickly. That’s part of the fun.
