Job Title

Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of cable trays, wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems
• Oversee electrical control panel setup and configuration
• Install and calibrate field instruments and control devices
• Conduct loop checks and validate system performance
• Perform cable testing, grading, and termination
• Ensure closure of punch lists and technical documentation
• Monitor compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams
• Support commissioning and startup activities
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies
• Maintain thorough records of electrical work progress
• Interpret electrical drawings and project blueprints
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors on site
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical resolutions
• Assist in procurement of electrical materials and tools

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Recognized certifications in electrical installation or supervision preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in utility or process industries
• Previous involvement in oil and gas or industrial projects is an advantage

Skills

• Electrical system troubleshooting
• Instrumentation calibration and testing
• Technical documentation and reporting
• Compliance with HSE and QA/QC processes
• Communication and problem-solving

Knowledge
