Responsibilities

• Lug heavy stuff like gravel, asphalt, or concrete to work areas.
• Size up materials for jobs like lifting or rigging.
• Mix and spread concrete or asphalt for strong, even results.
• Level dirt to match project plans exactly.
• Rake asphalt to lay down clean, durable pavement.
• Sort and tidy up leftover materials for reuse or cleanup.
• Keep tools and small machines in working shape.
• Run gear like compactors with a crew leader’s guidance.
• Steer traffic safely around active work zones.
• Clear out rocks, dirt, or debris from sites.

Requirements
