Responsibilities
- Set up forms for concrete pours per job plans.
- Pour and finish concrete to project standards.
- Place bolts, plates, and embeds in fresh concrete.
- Remove products from forms and prepare forms again.
- Clean work areas to keep them safe daily.
- Help move products to storage with rigging gear.
- Arrange dunnage for safe product transport.
- Use tools like tape measures and hammers correctly.
- Follow supervisor orders to finish tasks on time.
- Stick to safety and quality rules always.
- Team up with crew to meet production goals.
- Handle minor equipment upkeep when needed.
- Report product issues to supervisors right away.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Training in construction trades is helpful but not required.
Experience
1-3 years working in construction, concrete, or similar labour jobs. Beginners with strong drive may be considered.
