Responsibilities

• Mop and sweep times, entrances and stairs.
• Vacuum blankets in common areas.
• Clean clothes that wash rooms, lifts and other shared places.
• Deep clean empty apartments (kitchen, windows, laundry room).
• Clear trash, clean garage or patios.
• Spot and report any safety or maintenance issues.
• Work weekends when needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

No school diploma or certificate required.

Experience

• Preferred: 1–2 years in cleaning, building upkeep, or similar.
• If not, they’ll teach what’s needed.

Skills

• Can do physical work without issue.
• Friendly and polite when needed.
• Can work with others and take instructions.
• Good time habits, shows up on time.
• Understands how to use cleaning tools and materials.

Knowledge

• Familiar with routine cleaning methods.
• Knows how to spot a problem in the building.
