Responsibilities
- Be on-site daily, making sure the work actually gets done right
- Manage tasks around drainage maintenance and general civil works
- Help the crew stay safe, on schedule, and within spec
- Keep the paperwork and reports tidy enough for management to stay in the loop
- Read technical drawings and help solve problems when things don’t go to plan
Requirements and Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 4+ years working as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman
- Experience working on Ashghal projects is non-negotiable
- Solid drainage maintenance experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar
- Can speak clearly, lead a crew, and explain things without confusion
- Must be in Qatar or have valid work rights
