Responsibilities
- Manually catch and handle chickens in a safe and humane manner.
- Load chickens into modules/drawers as per team leader’s guidance.
- Assist and communicate with crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all company procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare legislation and RSPCA standards.
- Maintain proper counts as directed by the catching crew leader.
- Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations.
- Complete any required paperwork and attend training sessions.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
