Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and assist with boarding.
  • Check safety equipment and supplies before takeoff.
  • Explain safety rules to passengers clearly.
  • Look for safety or security issues in the cabin.
  • Tell the Cabin Supervisor or Captain about problems.
  • Help passengers with requests kindly.
  • Give first aid if needed, based on training.
  • Sell food, products, and charity services onboard.
  • Handle payments for sales securely.
  • Keep the cabin clean and restocked at stops.
  • Write reports about flight issues or passenger actions.
  • Join pre-flight meetings to review tasks.
  • Stay neat and show up on time for shifts.
  • Attend training to keep up safety and service skills.
  • Work with the team to hit sales and operation goals.

Requirements

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is a plus but not needed. First Aid or Safety training is useful.

Experience

2-4 years in customer service, ideally in airlines or hospitality. New graduates with training or internships can apply.
