This role on site provides an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in luxurious beauty and retail. As a beauty stylist, you will provide personal beauty experience to customers, using your advanced makeup art and customer engagement skills to represent the elegance of the Louis Wuiton brand. It is expected that you create tailor -made solutions, provide extraordinary service and will provide to the rich artistic legacy of the brand. This makeup or aesthetic counseling, excellent communication skills and luxurious fashion and culture for a passion for at least 3 years of experience in a passion is a rapidly leading retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Create personalized beauty experiences tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Apply advanced makeup techniques to highlight and enhance client features.
- Share the artistic and cultural heritage of Louis Vuitton through engaging storytelling.
- Build long-term relationships by delivering memorable and consistent client experiences.
- Ensure the beauty space remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with shop teams to adjust planning and client service preferences.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, product innovations and brand updates.
- Promote new product launch and contribute to the team’s sales goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
No formal degree required, but relevant beauty certification is a plus
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury beauty, makeup artistry, or high-end retail
Skills
- Expert in makeup application and luxury skincare consultations.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to create immersive, emotional client experiences.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with luxury brand standards and high-touch service.
- Product knowledge across skincare, fragrances, and makeup.
- Sales and client retention strategies in luxury retail.
- Cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards in beauty spaces.
