Assistant Housekeeping Manager Radisson Hotel Group Saudi Arabia

Radisson Hotel Group

There’s an open spot in the housekeeping team at one of Radisson’s properties in Al Jubail. They’re looking for someone who knows how to lead a shift, guide a team, and keep things moving when it gets busy. It’s a full-time job, and everything is done on-site — no remote work here. The main thing they’re after is someone with a steady hand who can handle small details without letting things fall apart. You don’t need to be the loudest in the room, but you should know how to step up when needed and make sure the work gets done right. They want someone who’s worked in hotels before, especially in housekeeping. If you’ve helped manage schedules, handled room checks, or sorted out guest complaints before, that’ll come in handy. You’ll be reporting to the main housekeeping manager and might be expected to take charge when they’re off the floor. Pay will depend on your experience, and they’ll go over that with you if you’re shortlisted.

About Radisson Hotel Group

Radisson runs a bunch of hotel brands around the world — Park Inn, Radisson Blu, and others. If you’ve ever stayed in one, you’ll know they care a lot about guest service and team culture. Most of their properties have a mix of new staff and people who’ve been around for years. They push team spirit and a “we’ve got your back” kind of attitude. They also make space for people to grow into bigger roles. It’s not stiff or overly corporate — more like, get the work done, respect the guest, and treat your team well.
