Fine Global HR is hiring Ambulance Drivers in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, to work in a contract position that’s essential to patient care. It’s not just driving from point A to point B. Responsibilities

• You’ll be the person behind the wheel when minutes count. That means:
• Picking up and transporting patients to hospitals or clinics without delay.
• Following instructions from dispatch, even if the situation changes mid-route.
• Checking the vehicle before every shift — fuel, lights, supplies, everything.
• Keeping the inside of the ambulance organised so medical staff can work fast.
• Talking with paramedics, nurses, or doctors during trips so everyone’s on the same page.
• Helping with patient transfers when needed, especially in tight or tricky spots.
• Report issues with the vehicle right away so they can be fixed.
• Some days will be straightforward. Others will be unpredictable. You’ll need to adapt.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Secondary school certificate or diploma.

Experience

2 years’ driving experience, ideally with an ambulance or emergency vehicle.

Skills & Knowledge

• Confident driver who stays steady under pressure.
• Knows Saudi traffic laws and is comfortable navigating different routes.
• Can handle basic vehicle checks without fuss.
• Good communication — you’ll be speaking with both patients and medical teams.
• Understands the importance of patient privacy.
