Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for precise service trenching and digging.
• Work carefully around water services and utilities to avoid damage.
• Jump in with hand tools for finishing tasks or site prep.
• Maintain plant and equipment to high standards daily.
• Follow health and safety protocols on every job.
• Coordinate with the crew for smooth project flow.
• Complete daily checks and minor fixes on the machine.
• Adapt to different sites, from roads to urban works.
• Report issues or hazards to supervisors right away.
• Help load materials or clear spoil as needed.
• Keep accurate logs of hours and work done.

Experience
