Responsibilities

  • Drive linens between Illinois and Wisconsin.
  • Scan packages to make sure they’re correct.
  • Load and unload 15–20 carts (300–600 lbs.) daily.
  • Clean the truck after each shift.
  • Follow DOT and company safety rules.
  • Work with plant managers to meet delivery needs.
  • Report problems with loads or the truck.
  • Keep track of delivery records.
  • Make sure linens get to sites on time.
  • Keep the work area safe and tidy.

Requirements:

Education

 High school diploma or GED.

Experience

 At least 2 years driving trucks.

Skills

  • Talk clearly and get along with others.
  • Stay energetic in a busy work setting.
  • Push and pull heavy carts twice a day.
  • Pay attention to details for scanning.
  • Stick to safety rules carefully.
