- Welcome guests with a big smile and friendly vibe.
- Show off menus, chat about dishes, and push specials.
- Jot down orders right, catching stuff like allergies or halal needs.
- Punch orders into the POS system for the kitchen or bar.
- Bring food and drinks looking good and at the right temp.
- Clear empty plates and glasses quick without bugging guests.
- Pop back to tables to check if everyone’s happy and fix any hiccups.
- Sort out bills and handle payments (cash, card, or room charge) smoothly.
- Set tables with fresh linens, shiny silverware, and clean glasses.
- Keep service stations loaded with napkins, cutlery, and extras.

- Stick to hotel rules, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Look sharp and professional all shift long.

Qualifications
Education
