Driver (Light Vehicle)
Responsibilities
- Drive goods or people to spots around Doha, safely and on time.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in tip-top shape.
- Check the car daily for any hiccups and report them quickly.
- Stick to Qatar’s traffic rules and company policies like glue.
- Lend a hand loading or unloading stuff when needed.
- Track trips, mileage, and fuel in a logbook.
- Stay in touch with dispatchers and teammates to keep things tight.
- Plan routes to dodge Doha’s traffic jams.
- Handle client drop-offs with a friendly vibe.
- Spot and fix small vehicle issues if you can.
- Keep paperwork neat for deliveries or pickups.
- Stay calm when the city’s buzzing and deadlines are tight.
- Help out with odd jobs if the team’s in a pinch.
- Report any road incidents to the boss right away.
- Make sure the vehicle’s ready for the next run.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. No fancy degrees needed.
Experience
1 to 2 years driving professionally, ideally in Doha.
