Responsibilities

• Check patients’ vitals and flag anything off to doctors fast.
• Dish out meds, shots, or IVs exactly as prescribed.
• Help patients with daily stuff like bathing, moving, or eating.
• Get folks ready for exams, surgeries, or other procedures.
• Scribble down clear patient notes and nursing reports.
• Keep a close watch on post-op recovery to spot issues early.
• Team up with medical staff to make care plans run smoothly.
• Stick to hygiene and infection control rules to keep things safe.
• Handle medical gear and keep patient areas spick-and-span.
• Lend a shoulder to patients and families when they need it.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc Nursing).
• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate from a state or the Indian Nursing Council.

Experience

1 to 3 years working as a nurse in hospitals, clinics, or home care.

Skills

• Rock-solid clinical skills and know-how with medical procedures.

• Clear way of talking to patients, families, and medical teams.
