Responsibilities
- Cut and shape wood, concrete, and steel components according to technical plans
- Construct and assemble frameworks, partitions, and other structural elements
- Install wooden fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Repair or renovate damaged structures using power and hand tools
- Follow detailed blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure, mark, and arrange materials for accuracy in construction
- Operate machinery and maintain tools in working condition
- Comply with safety guidelines and worksite protocols
- Install doors, windows, staircases, and cabinetry
- Mix and pour concrete when required
- Assist in demolition and structural preparation
- Collaborate with team members and site supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness of the worksite
- Inspect structures for defects or wear and perform repairs
- Maintain records of tasks and report progress to management
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
- Minimum of 12th-grade education
- Carpentry or technical training certificate preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related fields
Skills

- Physical strength and stamina
