Job Title

Commis II – Kitchen Department.

Responsibilities

As a Commis II, your day-to-day activities may include:

• Supporting chefs during food preparation and service
• Chopping, peeling, and portioning items as needed
• Ensuring cleanliness of your workspace throughout the day
• Assisting with food presentation and plate setup
• Following kitchen protocols and food safety procedures
• Taking in deliveries and helping store items correctly
• Contributing to smooth kitchen operations during peak hours

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Culinary diploma or related certificate is a bonus, but not required if you have hands-on experience

Experience & Knowledge

• Some prior experience working in a kitchen is highly preferred
• Familiar with basic cooking skills and kitchen tools
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety is essential
