Programmed Facility Management
Auckland-based carpet installer is needed for full-time work with a 12-month contract to start. You’ll be going from school to school across Auckland, ripping out worn carpet and putting in fresh tiles. It’s a team gig—no one’s flying solo here. Some days you’ll be doing most of the lifting, other days you might be showing the younger ones how it’s done. The job’s not complicated, but it’s got to look right when you leave, especially since it’s inside schools. Kids and teachers walk in the next day, so everything’s got to be clean and safe. You’ll need to keep cool, stay respectful, and handle things properly. The contract runs weekdays, and if things go well, there’s a chance to stick around longer. Sometimes jobs pop up outside the city too—travel and accommodation will be covered for those.
