Responsibilities

• Keep the store running smooth through the day
• Lead the team, give direction, and stay hands-on with customers
• Support new staff and help train them when needed
• Hit daily and weekly sales goals with the team
• Handle customer problems without delay
• Make sure stock is tidy and displayed right
• Use customer data and notes to suggest products, especially to VIPs
• Keep track of team shifts and peak traffic times
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer feedback, and what’s selling

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Formal education not a must. Any retail or product knowledge training is helpful.

Experience

2 years or more in a fashion store or accessories shop, preferably as a team leader or senior sales assistant.

Skills

• Good with people
• Comfortable coaching others
• Sales-driven and motivated
• Able to multitask during peak hours
• Pays attention to how the store looks
• Knows how to stay organized under pressure

Knowledge

• Has worked with luxury or premium retail before.
