Shop Laborer CRH USA

CRH is hiring in Hermiston, Oregon. The position is for a full-time shop laborer. Nothing fancy — mostly hands-on work, like cleaning up around the yard, organizing tools, moving stuff, and helping with shop maintenance. Pay is somewhere around 18 to 20 bucks an hour, depending on what you know. Some overtime is possible too. You’ll need to lift up to 75 lbs and have a valid driver’s license. That’s non-negotiable. No background in construction? Doesn’t matter. What matters is you show up, listen, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty. It’s outdoors and indoors — not a desk job. Just solid, steady work with a team that gets things done.

About CRH

CRH owns a bunch of construction and material businesses across the U.S., including American Rock Products in the West. They’ve been in this game for decades — more than 80 years. It’s a big company but doesn’t feel corporate. Teams are local. They promote from within. Safety’s a big deal here, and so is showing up ready to work. It’s not the kind of place where you sit still. If you’re good, they notice. They’ve got benefits, training, and room to grow. You can check them out at crh.com, but honestly, best way to learn is by joining the crew.
