A full-time opportunity is open for licensed Electricians to join the Jardeg team in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. This role is part of a power station expansion project at the SaskPower Yellowhead site. The shift includes a night premium of $3/hour and a daily living out allowance (LOA) of $180 for eligible applicants. The job mostly involves hands-on electrical work in an industrial setting. Expect tasks like running conduit, setting up gear, and handling wiring that aligns with national safety standards. You’ll need to hold an active Saskatchewan electrical license and have the right to work in Canada. While not mandatory, experience in similar power or industrial setups can really help. Basic safety tickets are necessary, and you’ll also need to pass a drug and alcohol screening. Work is fully on-site and runs on a rotation of 9 days on, followed by 5 off. Each shift is 11 hours and takes place at night.

Responsibilities
- Install and maintain conduit, cable trays, and industrial equipment.
- Follow Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) guidelines for safe and accurate installations.
- Perform terminations and connection tasks for equipment and control systems.
- Collaborate with other trades to complete tasks on schedule.
- Conduct quality checks and report any issues to site supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Journeyperson Certificate with a valid Saskatchewan electrical license is mandatory.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical work is required.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of conduit installation.
- Familiar with equipment and cable tray setup.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings.
- Skilled in electrical terminations.
- Comfortable working in team settings during night shifts.
