Job Title:
Packaging Operator II
Responsibilities:
- Label vials by hand and using machines
- Check items before packing—no room for mistakes
- Weigh and verify contents
- Keep equipment clean and running
- Report anything unusual or broken
- Fill out basic forms or logs
- Work with others to keep things moving
- Follow company safety rules and clean-up steps
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED is fine
Experience:
- Around 2–3 years doing similar hands-on work
- Pharmaceutical or factory background helps
- Comfortable working with machines or scanners
Skills & Traits:
- Pays attention to detail
- Comfortable standing or moving for hours
- Can lift around 20–25 lbs
- Basic computer knowledge
- Follows rules and instructions without reminders
