JLL’s looking for someone to take over a construction site in Taipei — it’s a full-time thing, all on-site. The job’s mostly about keeping a commercial project running smooth. You’d be the one on the ground, checking in with contractors, tracking progress, making sure nothing’s falling behind. There’s a lot of back and forth with vendors and consultants, so being good with people helps. It’s not overly complicated, but you’ve got to stay on top of the timeline and budget. If you’ve done similar work before and like being out on site instead of behind a desk, this could be a decent fit.

They’re known for being steady, professional, and detailed when it comes to project execution. Their team values structure but also allows room for individual decision-making. The setup tends to suit people who like ownership in their work. At JLL, you’re not stuck at a desk. Fieldwork matters. Site updates, team input, and face-to-face work with partners are all part of how they get things done.
