Responsibilities

• Shovel and rake gravel or dirt around the site.
• Run small tools when asked drills, saws, or others.
• Load and unload trucks or trailers with supplies.
• Help pour and spread concrete when the crew’s doing it.
• Carry gear from one spot to another.
• Clean up tools and throw out waste or rubble.
• Direct traffic if the job is near a road.
• Move plywood, fencing, or pipe to where it’s needed.
• Work closely with the foreman or crew leads.
• Assist with underground work as needed.
• Show up on time and ready to go.
• Handle other basic tasks the team needs done.
